Costing & price negotiations.
We obtain price quotations on behalf our buyer selecting suitable manufacturers that can meet the buyers target price and quality level, as well lead times.

Sampling.
We organize proper sampling according to buyers requirements, based on sketches or patterns provided us from our buyers.

Communication.
We communicate on a daily basis with our buyers via e-mail and fax, keeping them updated on production status and shipment schedules as well sampling and other customized reports when required.

Follow up and status report.
We follow up on each order in precise details from raw material to ready made product to shipment stage. We keep our buyer informed of the process. We employ a skilled and experienced team of merchandising staff to ensure successful execution of all orders.

Quality control.
Once an order has been placed with a supplier, we take the following steps to see that only correct merchandise is shipped,
Before production is started, we obtain approval sample and check it minutely in all respects such as size specifications, workmanship, etc. we follow the production throughout, in line inspections and final inspection are executed before goods are shipped. Inspection reports are done on all shipments and faxed or e-mailed to the buyer, in some cases such are issued according to conditions stipulated in letter of credit.
